Terms and Conditions Ordering
All prices are exclusive of VAT at the current rate and delivery costs where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notice. Cancellation of an order after despatch cannot be accepted. Goods are not sold on a sale or return basis.

Delivery
It is our aim to despatch goods within 48 hours from the time they are ordered (subject to payment). Please allow 2-3 days for delivery. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed as delays may be due to circumstances beyond our control.
Any order re-shipped due to being refused or undeliverable the first time will have the original freight charge added to the due amount, in order to cover our administrative costs and additional transportation costs.
Neither All That Jazz UK nor their nominated carrier will accept claims for consequential losses due to late delivery.

Claims
Claims arising from damage to goods in transit must be brought to the attention of All That Jazznai UK in writing within 3 days of receipt of goods. Claims made outside this time limit will not be accepted.

Returned Goods
In exceptional circumstances we accept returned goods with a 15% handling charge but only if the following conditions are met:
a) When returning items, make sure they are securely packaged. We cannot refund goods damaged in transit if items are poorly packaged.

b) The item must be in perfect resalable condition with any shrink wrap still intact.

c) A request must be made to the company within 7 days of receipt of goods.

d) No returned goods will be accepted unless a returns authorisation has been given. The appropriate reference number must be quoted on accompanying documentation.

e) For your own protection please obtain a proof of postage/ receipt from the carrier as the company accepts no responsibility for lost parcels sent by you.

f) All That Jazz UK will not be responsible any postage costs.

Advertising
All images in the UK belong to the principal owner being All That Jazz UK. We own the exclusive rights to visuals and reserve the right to refuse the use of our visuals at any given time.

Retention of Title
Property in the goods sold shall not pass to the Buyer until the Buyer has made payment in full to the Company of the invoice price for the goods. The company shall however be entitled to bring an action against the Buyer for the invoice price (or any part thereof unpaid) at any time after the due date for payment of the same. Until the property of the goods shall have passed to the Buyer, the Company may recover possession of such goods from the Buyer and re-sell such goods and for that purpose the Buyer agrees that the Company, its servants and agents may enter upon any land or building upon which the goods are situated.
The above terms and conditions are an integral part of every sale. All That Jazz UK reserve the right to alter them at any time, without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions for Bookings

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. You should understand that by booking any Lash eXtend Courses, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You should print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.

  • Description and Pricing of Courses
  • All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT at the current rate unless otherwise stated. Although we make every effort to ensure the descriptions and prices quoted are correct, mistakes may sometimes be made. If a mistake is discovered in the price of the Course that you have booked, we will tell you and give you the option of either reconfirming your booking at the correct price or cancelling your booking. We reserve the right to change prices listed without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company. It is the Student’s responsibility to ensure they are booked on the correct course for their abilities. Certification is not guaranteed as minimum standards must be reached, but certification will not be unreasonably withheld.

  • Course Kits
  • Lash eXtend training courses are high level product and skill-building training courses using Lash eXtend or Super Cilium Brows. We are unable to teach with products (including glues, lashes or tint) from any other brand (only otherwise agreed or stated). Therefore, students will be required to purchase suitable Lash eXtend or Super Cilium Brows individual products or full kits in order to successfully complete the course(s) they have booked. Students must also be prepared that further replenishment products may be required as their course runs and homework is completed. We will not require you to re-purchase items you already own but we will require proof of purchase from an authorised source by way of receipts or invoices where evidence cannot be found of their purchase directly through Lash eXtend UK or its subsidiaries. This will be required prior to the course date. Arrival on the course without providing proof of purchase from an authorised source may result in the student being asked to leave the course or purchase products on the day.

  • Provisional Bookings
  • If a booking for a Course is made online, by email or over the telephone and is not accompanied by full payment or a formal purchase order (sent either by post or by email), the booking will be deemed to be provisional (“Provisional Booking”). Provisional Bookings are unconfirmed and as such the Student's place cannot be guaranteed. Provisional Bookings cannot be made online and so all information will be deleted on exiting the website.

    When payment has been received in full, deposit, or a formal purchase order has been provided (either by email or by post), the individuals’ place on the Course will then be confirmed and a binding contract will have been entered into between Lash eXtend UK and the booking party. Please refer further to the “How to pay” section below.]

  • Cancellation of Courses by Lash eXtend UK
  • The Educator(s) reserve the right to cancel or change a booked date by giving 14 day’s notice, except in cases of emergencies, when we reserve the right to give less notice. If the Educator cancels the course, the course payment will transfer to the next mutually convenient date.

    Lash eXtend and the Educator cannot be held responsible for costs, loss of earnings or accommodation and travel expenses due to course cancellations.

    While every effort will be made to notify you in writing of course cancellations, please accept that in some circumstances this written communication may take the form of an email or text message in order for the cancellation to be notified to you as quickly as possible.

  • How to Pay
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and Electron. We do not accept American Express.

    If paying by purchase order, the invoice will need to be addressed to the booker or student’s employer. Payment must be made within 30 days from the date of the invoice or if the booking is made less than 30 days before the Course date, payment is required before the Course date in all circumstances.

    Payment can be made in the following ways:

    • Credit or debit card;
    • Direct bank transfer to the Nail Harmony UK bank account, details of which can be found on your invoice;
    • Cheques by post made payable to “Nail Harmony UK” and must clear prior to course commencement;
    • Bankers’ draft by post made payable to “Nail Harmony UK”;

    Please note that we do not accept payment by cash (except in the case of weekly payments for evening classes) or payments in any currency other than UK pounds sterling.

    You are advised to notify the Education Team in advance if you wish to pay by direct bank transfer to ensure the swift confirmation of your booking. You will not be eligible to attend the Course until full payment is received.

    In the case of late bookings payment must be made prior to attendance of the Course. If payment is not made prior to the Student attending the Course Harmony reserves the right to refuse admission until payment has been made in full.

  • VAT & Card Charges
  • Fees quoted are exclusive of VAT, which will be shown separately on the invoice. A VAT invoice will be sent to cover your payment. Fees will not be charged for payment via debit cards, credit cards, direct bank transfer, bankers draft or cheques but reasonable administrative charges will apply if cheques are returned unpaid.

  • Copyright
  • All materials (“Lash eXtend Materials”) provided for Courses including manuals, graphics, code, text products, software, audio, music and design are owned by Lash eXtend or Lash eXtend third party Course providers. No content in whole or in part of the Lash eXtend Materials may be copied, reproduced, uploaded, posted, displayed, linked to or used in any way without the prior written permission of Lash eXtend. Any such use is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of the copyright and other intellectual property rights of Lash eXtend, or in the case of material licensed to Lash eXtend, the owner of such materials.

  • Cancellations by Customers
  • Where a firm booking has been accepted by Lash eXtend and is subsequently cancelled, the customer will be liable for the following charges. All cancellations must be received in writing (emails are acceptable).

    Over 14 working days’ notice - Full refund or transfer to another date.

    Less than 14 working days’ notice - 50% of booking charged, with the 50% remaining to be refunded or transferred to another date.

    Less than 7 working days’ notice - 100% booking fee charged.

    Training booked and paid for at trade shows where product has been supplied prior to the training is non-refundable under any circumstances. Only alternative dates will be offered.

    The above cancellation conditions apply to ALL Courses, Skill-Building Classes and Workshops. You will be required to pay again for any day or days of a course that you have failed to attend unless the above notice conditions are met. If sufficient notice is given, your Educator may choose to rearrange the training to a mutually convenient date at their discretion, without additional charge.

  • Refunds
  • If you wish to exercise your right to cancel your booking, Lash eXtend will refund the fees paid according to the above cancellation policy. If payment for the order was originally made by credit card, any refund will be made back to the same card. If payment for the order was made by another method, such as cheque or bankers’ draft, direct bank transfer will make a refund to a bank account that you elect.

    No refund will be given for non-attendance or non-completion of a course, nor will it be transferred to an alternative date. In addition, once payment has been made, products and training must be received within 6 months of invoice date. Once this time has elapsed, refunds cannot be issued.

  • Written communications
  • We will contact you by e-mail or provide you with information by posting notices on our website. For contractual purposes, you agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

  • Specific needs
  • If you have any specific needs, please advise us at the earliest possible time and we will contact you to discuss your requirements.

  • Claims
  • Claims arising from Lash eXtend Education or about a Lash eXtend Educator must be brought to the attention of the Managing Director of Nail Harmony UK in writing within 7 days of the course taking place. Claims made outside of this time limit will not be accepted.
